The link-up between Jason Hersco and Apparel Music is now a rock-solid certainty. The consistency with which the Canadian producer drops EPs (this is his fourth) and remixes for other artists in the catalog is truly impressive; not for the quantity, but for the quality and his constant drive to renew his sound. The latest project, dropping on July 12, 2024, with the lead single "Ocean Breeze" coming out on June 28, is called "Headspace EP" and features three tracks with a killer groove, perfect for the upcoming hot season. The first track is the aforementioned single, Ocean Breeze, followed by the stunning "What Is Jazz," and closing out with the title track "Headspace." This EP is a prime example of Hersco's ability to evolve with subtle details on a sound that's already unshakeable, needing no drastic changes.
