One morning, as the first lights danced across the water, they stood atop Mauao, the sacred mountain overlooking their hometown. The air was alive with energy, as if the earth itself hummed in anticipation of what was to come. It was there, under the glow of the rising sun, that inspiration struck. The first melody emerged full of promise. They called it “Be The One” and it captured the belief that every step forward was a chance to be someone’s light. Later, as they wandered through the bustling markets of Tauranga, the vibrant energy of the people ignited their imagination. This became the soul of “What’s That”, a playful groove infused with funky beats that seemed to ask a question without ever needing an answer. A celebration of curiosity. As the day turned to twilight, the hum of the ocean and the glow of the moon inspired the final “Chandeliers”. This track was their homage to the night, to moments of intimacy and wonder shared under a canopy of glittering lights.
