Junodownload review on Moony Me ep
“Eduardo D’Alirio hasn’t got many releases to his name (this is just his second effort as Moony Me), but the Munich-based producer clearly knows his way around a studio.
"Say It Again” is a fine example of fluid, picturesque, melodic deep house, with just the right balance between floor-friendly grunt, and headphone-friendly lucidity. It also features some delightful chords and a killer mid-range piano hook. The (even) deeper “Late Night Vibin”, which builds the action around a cymbal-heavy groove, is pretty tasty, too. Remix-wise, DA.JE provides the most startling version – a flute-heavy reconstruction with tasty, live-sounding drums – but it’s Francesco Zani’s driving Dub and Re-Acid mixes that will get most plays.“
