Now & Next: Todh Teri

Now & Next is a quick-fire interview series built around two simple but telling questions. We ask artists to reflect on where they’re at in their career and creative journey, and where they’re headed next. For each answer, they pick two tracks: one that sums up where they’re at right now, and another that hints at where they’re going. The artists also drop a few lines about each track, giving us a peek into their creative mindset.

Where Am I?

Sitting in a small hut under the Sicilian sun, sipping lukewarm coffee and listening to birdsong, I find myself immersed in the present—without overthinking the past or how I ended up here (not in Sicily, but in this moment). My mind feels like it’s at a creative peak. Everything I see or hear gets absorbed and translated into some kind of idea, quietly stored in the subconscious—like a cow’s rumen, waiting to be processed later. Sometimes I wonder: Why? Why do I make music, release records, pour so much time and energy into it? The effort is immense and often unquantifiable. But then I think of those moments—playing that music for people who truly connect with it—and it feels equally priceless. That exchange keeps me going. It's a cycle. Endless, but beautiful. Most of the music I create feels like self-reflection—a way to process emotions, especially during these uneasy times we’re all witnessing. The world shifts and stumbles, and often all we can do is watch. This is where my mind is at. Physically, I’m on holiday on Sicily’s east coast, and today, July 25th, 2025, I get to witness one of my electronic music heroes KRAFTWERK perform live in the stunning Teatro Antico in the gorgeous city of Taromina. Life feels like it’s unfolding as it should. At least, I hope so. I’m learning to live it one day at a time, with full presence and growing acceptance.

Where Am I Going?

Nowhere and everywhere!

Track (Now):
Love On A Real Train
Tangerine Dream

"Music is a powerful stimulant for me, it stirs emotions buried deep within, ones often too afraid to surface. This composition became a vessel, helping me channel and process many of them."

Track (Next):
Le Fée Verte
Daso

"A future classic, which in my opinion perfectly describes my above mentioned sentence. I leave it up to you decipher it as you listen to this masterpiece by my beloved friend Daso (R.I.P)"
