'Endtroducing'

Tamati & Paul Bart and his Boogie Me EP

- Hi guys, how are you and how does it feel like releasing music on Apparel Music?

Hello there! We're on a roll, super thrilled to be joining the Apparel family. Since this is our first EP together and we come from slightly different musical projects from each other, we have been trying to get our sounds to combine and blend, and we are so happy to have found the perfect fit with you guys and your label that we have always loved.

- Talk us through the creative process behind the making of this EP. How did it come about and how did you work on it?

It all started last summer, when the idea of starting a collaboration popped up, and immediately we found ourselves in the studio sketching out some tracks together, laying them out on the spur of the moment also thanks to some analog machines, which made the process much more immediate. After that we independently developed some of them (discarding some drafts), so that 'Still Life' will come out in the double version akin to each of us. 'Boogie Me', on the other hand, came to us much more spontaneously and naturally, so much so that in a few days we finished it together.

- Could you share with us three tracks that inspired you during the making of the record?

Let's say that as a source of inspiration we each drew from our favorite producers, in particular we can mention Sam Ruffillo, Dirty Channels and Coeo.
