Raw Tools Vol 1.

A four-track V/A was released on March 3rd on Outdom Records. It's a record we're pleased to talk about because we believe it's rather representative of the return, which has now largely taken place and consolidated, of that 90's House music feel that embraces many musical waves such as UKG, Chicago House and Classic House.
Raw Tools Vol 1. - this is the title of the album that will be released both on vinyl and digitally - is the result of the painstaking scouting that the young and fresh Parisian label has operated and which has led to the choice of four artists -Brooklyn Baby, Latent, Marc Cotterell, Shortcut- who produced four excellent tracks, perfect for the purpose of the release, which is to revive those 90s sounds and also that same aesthetic, which takes shape with the beautiful cover by graphic designer Liorzh. A solid, cohesive product, a perfect record for every DJ, as it gives the chance to choose between four different shades of the same color, four different but complementary versions of the same paradigm, which makes it a record that can potentially bail a selector out of every situation. 'Raw Meat' -the opening tune- is the rawest one, a wise choice to get listeners into the right mood, while 'Love Is A Game' and 'Only You', with its vocals, give the record a more Chicagoan touch. In the middle, 'Watch My Attitude’, winks at Garage but in an original and modern way. Overall a very versatile record and a perfect one for all the DJs out there looking for functional and adaptable music.
