The first release for RAISED series is coming from mysterious beat maker Midnight Chocolate Gospel. A dormient Akai MPC ninja who had found time and inner peace during Covid to be able to dust off his machines and get back to music production. His music is permeated by a range of different influences and his production skills and style are highly inspired by the likes of Willie Hutch and Kaytranada. His debut on Taste Rec. is a 6-tracks mini-LP that fully captures his aesthetic, forged by his roots and influences.
