DJ Sneak a part from being one of my closest people in this industry for me is one of the masters of making the simple effective. I could choose in between many of his tracks but if I have to say one every time you listen ‘’The Funky Rhythm the more you hear it the more you want it’’ it is really that feeling in the dance floor. It’s just makes you keep grooving and dancing till the end of it and you really don’t want it to stop.

‘’I’m Lonely’’ if you play it in the right place at the end of the night to close a nice long set probably will hit different than any other track. It’s just a strong message and we all feel lonely in one way or another sometimes. This simple chords added to this absolutely massive bassline that it’s just insane and this lyrics that you feel them so profoundit just makes a ecstasy track to finish a wonderful night that no other track that I can think of could emulate.

For me it’s the Soulfuric Recordings anthem even though it’s not in numbers, it just feels more than right what Ron Carroll sings and wants to make us feel. He recently passed away and in the times that we are and heading to makes more sense than ever. We really are brothers and we shouldn’t be confronted in any way. When I play this track I look always for that moment when people wants that hug and be there for each other in the dance floor.
Motor City Drum Ensemble aka Danilo Plessow
Raw Cuts #3
What can I say about this amazing producer. Danilo Plessow is probably one of the most inspiring artists I had listened to. For me all the Raw Cuts are just amazing but if I had to choose one I would take this one. You can play it almost at any time at any moment and will always fit. It’s just a super creative way of sampling and more at the time that he did it. He’s a very passionate person for our culture and feels right to support such a special unique artist.

Got To Keep On
Well the masters and commanders here. This track when you play it you know that the place will go down. There’s so much energy in this track and is such an anthem for all the music electronic lovers. For me if you don’t know them probably you have to read or listen a bit more of our culture and how we arrived where we are now. At the end of 2022 I was in London living and I went to their exposition where they had this song in repeat in a room, Believe me we listen to it 2 or 3 times in a row and dancing alongside such amazing visuals that were all over massive screens.

Optimum Thinking
I will start saying that I could listen to this track probably easily 5 times in a row every time. It just feels right. The piano chords, ‘’Oh Wow’’. When you listen to them in the club it’s just like I’m gonna have the best part of the night now, in this moment. It’s just a track that doesn’t pass in time. It just gets better. I had the pleasure of meeting him last year in person and what a real talk I had. He as the track they play in another time and space. Was such an inspiring conversation.
